We are now looking to add a Head of Creative to the Global Marketing Team.

The Global Head of Creative is a new position for the Dometic Group.  As a senior leader in the Global Marketing Team, you will have three key roles: visionary, director and manager. 

As a visionary, lead the look and feel of our brand marketing into a new consumer-centric era while also improving the creative work in our legacy business, as a director, provide leadership and partnership internally to the organisation as a key creative leader, and as manager, lead an already talented creative team to new heights.

Main Responsibilities

•       Globally responsible for look and feel of all Group and Brand marketing

•       Build and communicate style guide across all media

•       Lead creative for all marketing projects, prioritising our most impactful Global campaigns

•       Manage Creative Team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to spec

•       Build, implement and manage all systems and processes related to Global Creative function

•       Approval Process,Style Guide Management, Briefing Process, Operating Rhythm, etc

•       Select Global Creative agency partners, provide input for any Segment specific agency partners

•       Partner with Heads of all Global Marketing functions as part of high performing team to improve overall effectiveness and leadership of Global          Marketing organisation inside the Dometic Group

•       Communications,Community, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing

•       Partner with Heads of Segment Creative to align on unified design language for Dometic Group and Brand activities, act as consultant for Segment-lead          Brand creative activity

•       Partner with Head ofProduct Creative to align on unified design language across Product Design,Product Marketing and Brand Marketing including          collaborating on product packaging, hangtags, and promotion on product materials.

•       Partner with E-commerce Team to align on UI/UX and apply creative to web sites and DigitalMarketing assets

•       As a member of theGlobal Marketing Leadership team provide valuable input on how we can be abetter organisation together

•       As a department manager, be an inspirational, motivational and fair leader to ensure your team is performing at a high level and constantly improving

•       Management of department budget


Who are we looking for
Qualifications and Experience

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:

•       A degree within the fields of Marketing, Art, Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree is a plus.

•       7+ years of relevant experience in Creative leadership roles, working with Consumer Goods brands, ideally in the outdoor space, (additional experience          in OEM and B2B businesses a plus)

•       Creative vision and a documented portfolio of work both personally produced and as the result of teams personally managed

•       Expert knowledge of Creative applied to Consumer Goods across all forms of media including digital and physical, with both still and motion design

•       Expert user of all relevant design and editing software applications,specifically the Adobe Creative Suite

•       Inspirational team leader and manager. You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to motivate a team to create the best work we         have ever seen.

•       Comfortable with Project Management software, ideally Wrike and Asana

•       Comfortable working on multiple teams at once – you will be managing projects across Global Marketing Leadership Team, Global Creative Team and          cross- functionally with partners in Product, Sales, Ecommerce, etc.

•       Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish is a big plus.
