Wholesale Territory Manager - DACH

JOB TITLE – Wholesale Territory Manager - DACH

LOCATION – UK or based in Territory but with regular travel across Europe and to London and Surrey.


As the Wholesale Territory Manager for DACH, you will be responsible for managing and developing wholesale business with new and existing retail partners throughout the region. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in premium outdoor gear and apparel. Proven ability to open and grow new accounts.


  • Pro-actively drive sales and manage existing stockists while developing new strategic partnerships.
  • Analyse and present weekly, monthly and seasonal data
  • Provide competitor analysis to ensure the brand has a commercial product offering at the right price point and is presented in the most effective way
  • Schedule and prioritise in-store training and trade shows to ensure the brand are represented correctly at all times


  •  Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in contemporary or premium wholesale, preferably specialising in outdoor gear and apparel
  • Expertise in wholesale negotiations, margins and pricing structures
  • Established relationships with outdoor gear and apparel retailers.
  • Positive and persuasive skilled in building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to seasonal deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours during the selling season and to travel abroad.
  • Commercially minded
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships internally and externally
  • A genuine love of being outdoors and going camping.

  • Camping with all key accounts is a necessity of the role, as well as hosting and facilitating outdoor customer events with retailers.
  • Setting the sales strategy for the brand alongside the department Directors
  • Set and be responsible for annual and seasonal sales targets by store and country with overview from the Sales Director


  • Knowledge of any other European language, preferably German or French.
