The EOG welcomes new members Outdooractive, Houdini, Intersport, Reima and Douglas Gill Int.
The European Outdoor Group are pleased to welcome several new members: Outdooractive, Houdini, Intersport Deutschland, Reima and Douglas Gill International.
Outdooractive commented:
It is important for us to connect with the most important players in the outdoor industry in Europe. For us EOG membership offers us the possibility to build a relationship with the other members and demonstrate how the outdoor brands can reach our community of millions of outdoor enthusiasts across Europe through technology.
Reima commented:
We believe that EOG’s projects and working groups would bring great value especially for our sustainability work. We are very impressed by projects such as the Supply Chain Decarbonisation Project, as climate action is a priority for us, and we have recently set Science Based Targets. We realise that reducing supply chain emissions is not an easy task, and that collaboration between brands and peer-learning is needed for us to succeed. We feel that EOG provides the right platform for that.
We are also an active member of the Scandinavian Outdoor Group. We know that many SOG members are also members of the EOG, and we see the value of participating in both regional and pan-European associations.
We look forward to welcoming them into all our activities.
