You may have seen that the European Commission has officially published the Forced Labour Regulation Guidelines in the Official Journal of the European Union.

To clarify, these are the same guidelines that were shared with you in June and subsequently analysed (documents attached). Today’s publication therefore does not introduce any new information, but marks their formal publication in the Official Journal.
