Steps for notifying poison centres

This webinar will provide an overview of the steps and requirements for submitting poison centre notifications under the CLP Regulation.

This obligation may apply where companies place on the market hazardous chemical mixtures, such as certain liquids, sprays, gels or gases, but does not generally apply to finished articles.

Applying for reduced fees: what SMEs need to do

(5 November 11:00–13:00, online)

The webinar will explain the new process for reduced fees, its practical implications, and how companies can prepare, including how to use ECHA’s online tools and which supporting information and documents may be required. This is particularly relevant in view of the changes taking effect from 5 February 2027, when companies wishing to benefit from reduced SME fees under the REACH or CLP Regulations will need to apply to ECHA in advance so that their SME status can be verified before the reduced fees are granted.
