As many of you know, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) is raising a number of practical implementation questions across the industry. While many organisations are working through similar challenges, there is also a clear opportunity to learn from one another and, where appropriate, develop more consistent approaches.

To support this, EOG and FESI are jointly launching a small PPWR Sprint Group. The group will provide an informal forum for members to share experiences, discuss emerging challenges, and explore opportunities to reduce duplication and increase alignment across the industry.

Topics may include:

• Common templates
• Supplier information requests
• Technical documentation
• Interpretation of PPWR requirements
• Emerging implementation challenges and practical approaches
• Other topics identified by the group as implementation progresses

The first meeting will take place on Wednesday 3 September, 11:00 CET.

To help us make the session as useful as possible, if you have any specific questions or topics relating to PPWR that you would like the group to discuss, please send them by Thursday 28 August. We will use these to help shape the agenda and ensure we focus on the issues that are most relevant to participants.

In the meantime, if your organisation has already developed PPWR templates, supplier questionnaires, technical documentation, or has received requests from customers or suppliers that would be useful to discuss, we would be very interested to see them. These examples will help shape the group's discussions and identify areas where greater alignment may be beneficial.
