Following the recent EOG x FESI PPWR Sprint Group and FESI x PSL webinar on PPWR implementation challenges, we have reviewed the questions previously collected from members and reorganised them into two separate documents.

• The first is an internal FAQ, capturing the points that were clarified during the webinar and can therefore help support members’ implementation work. Please note that this document does not constitute legal advice. ‍
• The second contains the questions that remain unclear or only partially clarified and where we believe further interpretation from the authorities is still needed.

This second document will now be shared with the European Commission unit responsible for the PPWR FAQ and Guidance, with a request for further clarification on the outstanding points raised by the sporting goods sector.

We will keep members informed of any feedback received and update the FAQ accordingly where further guidance becomes available.
