Opportunity to input: Share Your Experience of Chemical Compliance

The Swedish Environmental Research Institute (IVL) is looking to speak with companies across Europe as part of a research project examining how businesses navigate chemical legislation and manage regulatory compliance in practice.

The project aims to better understand the opportunities and challenges organisations face when implementing chemical management, product stewardship and supply chain compliance processes. Researchers are particularly interested in hearing from companies that:

  • manufacture chemicals or chemical products/articles; or
  • use chemicals within products or technological solutions.

IVL is looking to speak with professionals working in areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Sustainability, Environmental Management and Product Development.

For many companies in the outdoor sector, the increasing complexity of chemical legislation—including developments relating to PFAS, REACH, product transparency and supply chain data—makes this an opportunity to share practical experiences and help inform future research.
