The Commission has recently published the long-awaited guidelines on the application of the EU general product safety legislative framework (see attached document).

While not legally binding, this document aims to help businesses and particularly small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) to better understand and fulfil their obligations under the new General product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
