This important update provides greater visibility into EU authorities’ regulatory activities and their outcomes, supporting transparency and helping stakeholders like you to stay compliant.

The new release covers:

• REACH Regulation – restrictions, authorisation list, SVHCs, evaluation processes
• Drinking Water Directive (DWD) – European positive lists
• CLP Regulation – harmonised classification and labelling (Annex VI)
• POPs Regulation – lists of restricted and proposed substances

This development is particularly relevant for brands and retailers sourcing or using chemical-based materials, as it helps you track substances under review and anticipate potential regulatory changes.
